You don’t need to be a woman to take part in the Ramsay Health Care Triathlon Pink and Fun Run Pink.
Anyone and everyone can join!
The Ramsay Health Care Triathlon Pink is a triathlon all-female series that began in 2007.
The event will feature a pool swim and offer participants with complimentary ‘Pinkes’ as well as fun and challenging experiences that are also safe.
During the last six years, the Ramsay Health Care Triathlon has significantly grown. The success it achieved allowed it to organize eight more events in various venues all over the country.
Since it began, the 2014 Ramsay Health Care Triathlon Pink and Fun Run Pink saw more than 12,000 women run the finish line making it the top and most favourite female sporting event.
Plus, the Triathlon has so far raised more than AU$1 million all for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. The event is looking forward to contribute more in the incoming season.
The most recent addition is the Fun Run Pink. Included in 2011, the Fun Run Pink aims to give brothers, partners, friends and everyone the chance to join the run and the fun. Men and women of all skill level and age can participate in the Fun Run Pink. It features a 1-kilometre Kid’s Dash. Other courses include a 2.5 kilometre run and a 5 kilometre run ideal for adults.
The Ramsay Health Care Triathlon Pink and Fun Run Pink will take place on January 18, January 26 and March 16 in all of 2014 at the Sports Super Centre, Sports Drive and Morala Avenue, Runaway Bay. The venue is a quick drive from our Surfers Paradise Affordable Accommodation.
