Tariffs: Are subject to change without notice. Quoted tariffs are valid to 31st March 2006.

Cancellations: Tariffs are not refundable if your stay is cut short. Cancellations received 4 weeks prior to the booking will be refunded less a $50.00 fee. Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks before the booking will forfeit the deposit.

Extra persons: If extra bedding is required an extra person charge of $28.00 applies. Maximum of 1 extra child or adult per apartment. Children under 3 years are free of charge unless a cot is required at a charge of $50 per week or part thereof.
